EDUCATIONAL FORUM

The Educational Forum on Saturday, October 4, 2008, will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel (1100 SE 17th St Causeway, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33316). The Forum will provide an affordable opportunity for pre and post transplant individuals and their families to learn the latest about transplantation from the leading transplant physicians & healthcare professionals in South Florida. The cost is free to Transplant Foundation members and $20 per person for non-members. An early registration is available and is $15 per person if made before September 4.
